Hi MK,
I suggest you copy and paste the text out of each of those documents you attached to your post, and put them in the message itself (just click “edit” button).
It will make it much easier for us to evaluate with everything on one page.
Thanks,
Mew.

the first 3 are the blood test , the other 4 are endocrine tests + a synacthen test
What is your free testosterone?
i think that value has not been checked …
why ?
Your cortisol is pretty high, anyone else see that?
Free T is important because its the amount that is bioactivaley available in your system… only around 2% of Total T is in a “free” state at any given time, the rest is bound up to things like SHBG, Albumin, etc.
Free T is important because for one, it is what makes you horny… a guy with high Total T and very low Free T would still not have good libido, be depressed etc, despite having high Total T. That is why you should measure Free T, to see how much is actually available in your blood stream.
I noticed your ALBUMIN level is near the top end of the range:
ALBUMIN 5.12 g/dl (3.5 - 5.2)
This could potentially be binding a lot of your Free T, but since we don’t have a Free T test, we don’t know for sure. Do you have low sex drive, difficulty getting erections etc?
Also, I agree with Mitch, your Cortisol seems pretty high in that one test:
CORTISOL: 861.0 nmol/L (183-690)
… but in the other test its lower… still, might be something to look into.
The cortisol is lower in the 2nd test , since that was a ‘synacthen test’:
stuck that thing in ur vein
1.)they take Cortisol blood(and all the other values by order on the msg i wrote) , after:
Give you Dexamethasone 1mcg
2.)after 30mins take blood again to see if the cortisol is lower
4.)the test checks to see if the system can supress cortisol.
if dexametashone/adernalcorticotropin works with the deoxycorticosterone
well …fun …it does.
i also thought that the cortisol is pretty high for a 21yrs old …but the reference range for cortisol is controversial and cortisol is treated as high only when it reaches 1000+. if i had done a blood test before finasteride and my cortisol was lower it could have been a reference .
as for the sex drive it is not stable…its less than what its used to be , erections are less hard of course , i didnt get the albumin/free t part…
On the plus side, you have an excellent total T level, and although ‘free T’ is hard to measure, your SHBG level is Ok in comparison, with a free androgen index of 56 (I think anything over 50 is considered good).
I think I know what the cause of problems are for MK or I at least know what is contributing to problems.
I think we spoke before somewhere along the line- I was away over New year and coan’t recall our correspondance- maybe you can?
Anyway I can see something that is causing you problems staight off the bat- pm me.
Why PM? Care to share your theory?
Oh it’s no theory. I am virtualy certain I know what is causing or at least contributing to MKs problems.
I am going to PM MK, if he wishes to share that information here then he can, I also am willing to discuss his situation here if that is something he wishes.
It’s a general forum…where everything should be shared. Others may have similar labs to his that haven’t been posted. With your information he too can be helped even though he hasn’t posted to his labs.
OK, so Hypo ignored the request to share his theory…
Mk, can you share Hypo’s theory with us??
