hi folks, here is my protocol.
The proposal of my protocol is to prolong fasting between meals alternating with longer(days) periods of water fasting(intermitent) reducing the consumption of sugar.
before starting, should eliminate all drugs and hormones to enable your liver to function correctly.
Do not use drugs, including:
- Testosterone injection, pills, gels…
- SERMS. tamoxifen, clomiphen…
- AI. Arimidex, aromazin, letrozole
- SSRI. anti depressive
- Diazepam and sleep drugs. anxiet drugs …
Do not use testosterone booster yet like tribulus, maca, long jack. leave to use after recovering.
After all the half-lifes have been eliminated (took weeks depend the drug), start this program.

Avoid this food list:
- alcohol
- sugar
- sugary fruits
- dairy products (milk, cheese, whey, casein, butter)
- Juices (fresh fruits juices and industrial juices
- sugary liquids
- coffee
- chocolate (cacau)
Foods allowed
- beef
- Chicken, turkey, ocean fish
- eggs
- not sugary vegetables. (cabbage, tomato) carots,beats(sugary) with moderation
- Leaf vegetables
- some fruits like lemon and avocado. not sugar.
- Water
- root vegetables like Potato , with moderation will be explain later.
- grains - rice and wheat with moderation will be explain later.
- Wallnuts, brazilian nuts, almonds.
Begining the program
if you can do a few days of water fasting, great, if not, follow the steps below.
(1) if you usually do 6 meals a day, reduce to 3 meals a day. all dietary change may take some time to adapt. after a few weeks, your body will be adapted. drink only water bewteen meals.
(2) if you usually do 3 meals a day or reduced from 6 to 3 meals, reduce to 2 meals a day. all dietary change may take some time to adapt. after a few weeks, your body will be adapted. drink only water bewteen meals. I advise you to cut the breakfast, as a meal.
At this point, your daily fasting should be prolonged.
(3) start reducing to one meal a day for at least 2 times a week. If you can constant make only one meal a day , great. If not, try two days a week and try to increase after 3 weeks.
(4) Start take a table spoon of organic extra virgin coconut oil (cold press). Take on empty stomach before meals. if symptoms worsen with the use of coconut oil, is a great sign. stop using for a few days and come back to take when improving.
(5) Start take good probiotics, not at the same time with coconut oil.
(6) after a few weeks of using coconut oil. Start oregano oil (70% carvacol). if symptoms worsen with the use of oregano oil, is a great sign. stop using for a few days and come back to take when improving. I advise you to take only once a week at the beginning. If you have a headache, sore throat, nasal congestion is a good sign.
(7) at least twice a week, do not eat any carbohydrate.
(8) do a water fasting for at least two days and consume only water and 2 tablespoons coconut oil or oregano. The breakfast should be a not sugary food.
(9) repeat step 8 everytime you can.
the less carbohydrates you consume, the better. if you can not do without potatoes, rice and wheat, try reducing.
