They prey on your insecurities and then charge you $50+ for information that is widely available on the internet for free, and is mostly common sense anyway.
I attended ann entrepreneur lecture at university years back and one of the speakers was promoting this concept. PDF guides are essentially the result of googling basic information, cherry picking pseudo science to justify it, regurgitating anecdotes and then presenting it as the cure you’ve been looking for. Many will have several identical websites for multiple treatments.
It’s a con, a profitable one as unfortunately there are many sick and desperate people like us in the world. Look at the forums for CFS, Fibromyalgia, Autism, Adrenal Fatigue. All about the latest protocol, or supplement, never any improvement. Same lunatics like JustQuitDut preaching about the final cause, yet 6 months down the line still posting about what it actually is.
I’d also put many of the doctors referred to on here in that camp as well. They know they’ve never successfully treated anyone with PFS, but will happily listen to you for a $500 consultation fee and prescribe the standard regimen for hypogonadism knowing full well it’s ineffective.
