I have been reading alot about androgen resistence on this forum. Could this in a round about way mean that I my being able to get firm erections despite sub normal testosterone mean that I may not be totally screwed and I could potentially benefit well from TRT?

Had to take nearly a week off cos my last weight lifting session fucked me right up. Only today has my body felt normal. Should have taken it a bit easier on the first attemp but batism of fire and all that.

Feeling pretty good.

Still no libido but I am happy that I can train hard despite no testosterone. No idea why

in probably a year or so you will come back complaining of feeling tired all the time, which is not on your symptom list now

it is called “low cortisol” or “adrenal fatigue”

heavy weight lifting may increase testosterone but will not do it for you at those levels, i am sorry to bring such bad news
i know you’re gonna deny this (denial is an ugly thing, but will see you again in another year perhaps on another nickname)

what i would do is 50 mg clomid for a week and retest, if it goes higher your test, you’re golden

to do a correct restart you would need to add in support factors, so your hormones can be made successfully… i recommend after this trial, to start of with a 12.5 mg clomid regimen for 6 months to “restart” and add in “energy revitalization system” by enzymatic therapy… it’s a high dose multi POWDER with awesome reviews and contains all support factors in high doses

vitamin d alone took me from test 300 to test 500 levels

imagine if you add in other high dose vitamins perhaps you could end up at 600-700 if you’re not primary

then correcting adrenals and thyroid will be the last step

Don’t know why fatigue isn’t in my list of symptoms. It should have been. Fatigue is abating the more I train and rest properly already. After my workout last night I masterbated twice. Not cos I wanted to cos I could, rock hard erections. This I think my capability to do this for the first time was a result of almost a weeks rest after my last training session and superpump250 (awesome shit for energy) creatine, ornathin, arganine, lysine, sustain alpha and good diet.

Currently feeling pretty good.

@cumwakka I realise you mean no harm and you didn’t massively piss me off but it is very irritating when someone tells you that you cannot succeed as if it’s irrefutable fact. You cannot know that I will suffer adrenal fatigue. By the way I know about adrenal fatigue and I am taking measures to inhibite the possibility.

observation from yesterday. despite waking with am erection my balls were shrunken all day right up to when I went to bed. This morning they are dropped again!

I’d say given that your symptoms are not that severe and your T levels are terrible, it’s likely simply by raising your Testosterone you will see big improvements. As mentioned it’s unlikely you will be able to recover your T levels without medical intervention.

A competent endocrinologist will likely try a HPTA restart with clomid or something similar. If that doesn’t work they will probably put you on testosterone replacement.

Fucking weirdest thing. I weighed myself today and I am now 12 stone. Considering I must be dehydrated from drinking last night and I have taken a dump I must be slightly heavier. That means I have put on over 7 pound in just over a week. Also I have developed acne on my chest, shoulders, arms and around my mouth and I hardly ever get spots. My body is already starting to look more muscular which does usually happen to me quite quickly cos I used to weight train so I think I reform quickly. Anyway this indicates to me that my testosterone is rising.

The thing is though my balls are getting smaller and my sack is tight and libido is even worse than it was and I am now getting some ED. Anyone got a hypothesis on what the fuck could be going on! This is some scarey shit!

First drink I had since new years and my balls were shrunken prior to drinking! It’s rare that I drink!

The one thing I have changed apart from obviously begining weight lifting and using sustain alpha is that I have stopped taking zinc.

Is it possible that the aromatase inhibitory properties of the zinc were helping and now I am gaining testosterone I am also gaining estrogen. I mean I am sure I am pushing test up and possibly quite quickly too as like I say I never get spots and they are all over me these last couple of days.

What do you reckon?

Been lifting for a couple of weeks now and already stacked on 7lbs and got zits etc. Think testosterone has to be increasing.

Anyway not feeling tired at all which is good but very depressed and my balls have completely dissapeared. No ED has turned into significant ED and low libido has turned to no libido.

More test = more estrogen??

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

You can’t really make assumptions about what your hormones are doing based on zits. Estrogen is as effective a bulking agent if not more so than testosterone, that’s why aromatizing steroids are generally used for bulking cycles while non aromatizing are used for cutting cycles.
