MMA training possible recovery

Guys if you have time can you guys sign up for a MMA training class this will help to condition your whole body and push it to the limit

Try to go about two hours a day but please try to hit it as hard as you can after about a week or maybe even two weeks of getting your body up to speed and then hit it as hard as you can I guarantee you something will happen in your body and you will feel good like I am right now

A night when you want to going to sleep check your balls if your balls are super cold you need to put your hand there and warm them up a little bit you will feel your heart rate increase while you do this this is good for you try to keep your balls kind of warm for some reason mine get cold and I end up crashing The beginning when I was doing MMA now they stay semi-warm I am in a good place and getting better

It’s been about a month or two from the last update here we are today condition wise. Overall I think I’m not about 50% the reason why I am not more than 50% is because I’m not getting any kind of vitamin D in my body I am talking about the sun

Now the sun has been the biggest help as far as me may be performing 5/6 times a week. At the present moment maybe about two times a week body feels a lot stronger I am losing hair

I’m still doing the MMA training which has been helping me a lot I do take regular vitamin D pills but they don’t work as well as the sun does.

This is the other biggest thing if your junk is cold that is a big problem somehow someway you need to warm them up as soon as you warm them up you will feel your body getting warmer and it will start getting harder and it will start producing testosterone.

Try not to eat bread at least lots of it
You need fatty foods so your body can recover
Eating steak is a very good thing.
If you feel any little feeling that you want to fuck just grab someone into it.
At night when you’re going to sleep try to put your hand on your junk it will take some time but eventually it will get hard you will fall asleep and when you wake up in the morning it will be hard in that is what you need.

Spent three maybe four months now I’ve been training my body is getting super strong at times and super week at times I am still waking up with Morningwood it is kind of soft I would imagine it will be a little bit harder

I feel more outgoing I want to do things I work out about one hour a day on the ground with training partners doing this kind of physical exercise is much better than lifting weights this exercise will make all of your body stronger that is every piece of muscle in your body rather than bodybuilding were you just isolate a muscle

I feel that this training is very promising and that I will get stronger and hopefully I can beat this thing I would say that about 55 to 65% if I take a little piece of Cialis I would be at 95% as far as sex goes

Before I could probably fuck every two weeks I need it time for my body to build sperm no it’s more like every three days maybe four days

As far as eating goes you need to eat food steak nuts berries trying to eat healthy by starving your body from The natural fats is not going to work you have to eat fatty foods especially eat a lot of meat I would say the Paleo diet is the best diet for our condition

I eat about four apples a day different times I feel that the apples decrease estrogen in my body

Those of you that are trying to stay skinny and eat fish and so on so forth I think you’re doing more harm to your body the good change your diet go to eating fatty foods like steak with a lot of fat on it you can go to Cosco and buy the big bags Of nuts they have an aid that in the morning with breakfast

When you have breakfast go to Denny’s and build your breakfast get chicken sausage turkey bacon do not eat pancakes and do not consume a lot of sugar

1 food eat a lot of meat the more fat steak has the better it’s going to be for your body
2 get a lot of sunlight keep your body as warm as possible and night where have you close to keep your body hot
3 take Tonkat Ali small doses for a long period of time I recommend going to a MMA type training place while on the herb
