Ive thought more about why grombrutus slept worse when started with mianserin. I can talk about myself and too high dopamine levels seems to prevent mianserins effect. Ive came around this problem with one pill quetiapin 25 mg which decrease dopamine when it happens. You take wellbutrin and this increase dopamine so i would really choose one of them. But tapering and not ditching pills is important. Ditching seems to cause pfs
