there are so many different routes… veg juice… work out testosterone pills…dopamine… zinc…???
does the answer really have the answer to recovery is it worth the effort?
There is no one size fits all solution, everyone’s symptoms vary to certain degrees. Because we don’t know the root cause of our ongoing issues, it’s hard to figure out how to fix things.
But considering the drug alters our hormonal profile while we take it, that is the first point of investigation – and possibly, treatment – some consider (ie, by seeing docs like Shippen or Crisler).
Or, watchful waiting, as time goes on hoping things improve.
Eating healthy, good sleep, clean diet, excercise and generally trying to stay healthy as much as possible are pretty much givens. In short, what we need is a study done on us comparing us to men who never took the drug, to see where things went wrong.

did you try it?
NO I haven’t tried it… this is first I’ve heard of it. If you want to try it, go ahead. But get bloodwork before you do, and discuss with a doc.
FYI, there are a few guys here who’s thyroid function has been messed up while on/after Finasteride (hypothyroidism). If you do a SEARCH for “thyroid” you’ll see various posts and can read more, including some people’s experience with thyroid treatment. For example, the user “RK”:
Looks like the body builders are also using Cytomel to burn off excess fat. This link also contains the ability to order it online.
