Methylene Blue?

Anyone tried this? It’s been researched as an effective anti-depressant, with neuroprotective and mitochondria enhancing properties among other things.

I did. Found it to be somewhat anxiolytic at the start. However, currently I’m too unstable to continue with it and/or draw any conclusión.

how long did you use it?

Regularly at a very low dose a few weeks. Will probably start again once I get my diet/microbiome back on track
