Please I would like some advice to relieve my tinnitus.
I read in a Urolift PDF Panel that some doctor got tinnitus and he managed to tone it down with certain steroids injections, so do some research on that.
Sage is supposed to help - did nothing for me but worth a try
While I know that there are degrees of tinnitus and that people find it very stressful, I would suggest trying to cope with it, rather than trying to treat it with foods or medicine. There is no proven cure for tinnitus to my knowledge.
Get something to play calming sounds or put a fan on while you try to sleep and get used to having some quiet music on while you’re at home. I think those are common ways of dealing with tinnitus. With time, I think your brain will accept that the phantom sounds it’s “hearing” aren’t useful and won’t inform you of their presence so much.
