By the time our issue goes to trial, who knows how many more violations Merck will have. Judging by the way they do business, they will continue to shoot themselves in the foot and show everyone just how evil they are.
Who is the lesser evil? The FDA for continually allowing this stuff to happen without reprocussions and investigations or Merck for continually doing it?
