Took 1mg of melatonin as prescribed by my neuroscience dept. I woke with what can only be described as a seizure. Covered in sweat, feet and hands clawed. The feeling of an electric current going through me. This lasted for approx 20 mins. This morning my extremeties are numb and global pins and needles have returned. I have many food sensitivities and this was not the same. Anyone alse had a seizure because of pfs?
