Melatonin II Sub-cutaneuos, new drugs for ED and Libido

Hi Guys,

I was looking at the company, Palatin Technologies, who are developing Bremalonotide, a Melatonin receptor agonist, for Viagra resistant ED and Female Sexual Dysfunction. It was originally developed to make people tan without going in the sun, but they found that 9 out of the 10 men that took it got spontaneous erections. I think I first learned about that company from this forum. They were heading into Phase III with a nasal spray version, but they had blood pressure side effects and had to stop. It was supposed to be a new wonder drug, the first real aphrodisiac. I remember the NY times did an article on it. Anyway, now they are heading into Phase II with a sub-cut version for ED which proved not to have the blood pressure side effects. It works via the nervous system. It’s a long way from approval, but apparently people currently use Melatonin II all the time, although illegally, to get tan and they get the side effect of increased libido and spontaneous erections. Melatonin II is the only one which has the ED and libido effects. You can buy it on the internet with the full kits from a hundred different sites.

Here’s a good article on how people use it. I was wondering if anyone on this forum has ever tried Melatnonin II sub-cut? I did a search but did not find anything in particular.

Maybe this is what got screwed up with all of us?? Something to do with our Melatonin receptors??

A few guys have tried it and found it helps with ED but seems to do nothing for libido.

There is a better derivative called PT-141 it is the same without the tanning effects. I tried this for a month and did nothing for ED, I guess it works great, just not with our problem.

That’s interesting. Where did you get PT141? That stands for “Palatin Technologies 141”. It’s the oral dosage form of Bremalonotide, that went to Phase III, but was not given FDA approval because of the blood pressure side effects. That’s why they are now developing the sub-cutaneuos version, but they’re only just going into Phase II. Where did you get PT141 from though? Also, interesting that it didn’t work for your Post Fin ED. I wonder if that’s true for everyone with post fin ED? Did it do anything for libido? Also, when you took that drug, what was the dosage? How many times a day?
