Melatonin 3 Mg

I weight 200 pounds…took 3 mg of melatonin last night…after 1 hour it knocked me out…if any of you are having hard time sleeping…this is a good supplement and it’s cheap(4-$5 at GNC)

Melatonin for me is one of those wonder supplements that actually works, and it’s cheap. That’s a great combo. It does become less effective when taken too many times in a row though, unfortunately. Luckily, you can take a double dose with out any problems. I have 3mg pills and have taken three at bedtime before. That was before I realized I needed to cycle them. Now, I’m back down to 3mgs putting me out at bedtime.

I take 1 mg and it is enough to fall sleep in half an hour. I started taking 1mg 2 years ago and I don’t need more dose. It works for me as the first time, and it is not sugestion. My life has improved since then. It helps me to rest better than other pills, and there are lots of studies that shows major benefits

this stuff gives me huge morning wood when I take it,to this day I can’t figure out why.same thing happened to peres,who recovered and never posted again.

I agree it is the one supplement that it seems you can take without negative sides with only gradual accustomization to it. I try to keep to 1.5 mg if I can’t sleep.

I started 3mg but it did not work good. Last night I tried 2 X 3mg, I slept good and felt i was back to my normal sleeping pattern before, but in the morning my head was still little dizzy. I will cut down to 4.5mg to see it will do the same way. This melatonin is really good stuff. Cheap solution for sleeping problem.
