I’ve ran Proviron in the past at 25mg a day before PFS, it did wonders for my sex drive and made my muscles feel dry. I’m hoping for similar results. It usually only takes a few days to notice the difference in my previous experience. Ideally if Proviron is capable of restoring a strong sex drive and androgenic effects in my body, this is something I have zero problem running for the rest of my life.

Week 1 50mg Proviron / Daily

Decided after prior experience with test boosters that that route was a meme and decided to stick a pin in my ass. 200mg split into daily injection, also added Masteron (DHT derivative) at 200mg as an ancillerary. libido came back in waves, some good moments (literally periods of a minute or two sometimes) and periods of zero libido.

HCG: 1500 IU 3x per week (total 4500 IU). I started with 2000 IU 3x per week (6000 total) and when I experience a crash I tried as much as 3000 IU 3x per week. I know many consider these dosages as very high, but I have been on this for 5 years aprox, OK so far (always with doctors supervision). Started with Diet/Gut Protocol

-2 day water fast.

-Only ate Meat, veggies, eggs (12 per day), avocados. No fruits, no sugars

-Ate Fermented foods with every meal (beets, Kimchi, Sauerkraut) + probiotics

-3 Months in he added nuts.

-Continued for 8 months

-At this point, he did his first stool analysis and his doctor said it was the best she had every seen. He still was not really feeling a ton better though.

He then added progesterone cream, 1 pump (20-25mg) per day.

3 weeks later he started 12.5mcg T3. He would take it for 4 weeks, and be off for 2-3 weeks. He cycled like this for around 6 months. Slowly was feeling better.

6 months later he started adding in a rotation of CD Nuts style test boosters. Every day you rotate the following: Yohimbe, Pine Pollen, Togkat Ali, Ant Extract, Tribulus. The tribulus he takes every other day.

He also lifted heavy weights throughout the whole recovery.

-Bacopa Monnieri (this is arguably the most important supplement I’ve taken; this study-- https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3306740/ 44 – finds that this herb/nootropic normalizes all GABAR deficiencies in epileptic rats, a condition that mimics my own)

-Caffeine (although potentially aggravating in the short-term, leads to “GABAA receptor density is increased by 65%”- https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3437321/ 19)

-Curcumin (seemed to aid me greatly with general neuroinflammation)

Ok if someone can help me out with protocols i have missed. I think it would be great if we could create a protocol section and just have users flag ones that our potentially dangerous. My belief is that because we all have varying side effects is a reason why there is not one magic pill but i plan on going through each protocol and researching to see if it is safe to do and then do it. I also did not write every detail of the protocols down i will just type them in the search and look up more details if i decide to continue with them.

You really outdone yourself. I think if we consolidate this information into a document and work out a survey to others, we might be able to determine a relationship between regimen effectiveness and the sets of symptoms.

Ha yes some are a little ridiculous. I will say it was sad reading recoveries, everytime someone posted a recovery someone would always write a post saying they were lying about their recovery. I’m sure that there are fake recoveries, but I know that there are real ones too. Research is incredibly slow, a lot of stories on here border on anger or suicidal the recovery stories are the most hopeful thing on this forum I think more light should be shed on them. I even found a guy that had PFS for 15 years and recovered so anything is possible.

It sucks pretty bad to never enjoy sex and I believe it has killed my libido because I can’t feel it and by killing my libido it has made me not pursue relationships. I have evidence in my life that low libido is psychological do to the physical side effects of not feeling sex. My libido can be strong if I work hard on pretending PFS does not exist in my life.

It sounds like u have more than sensitivity and orgasm issues. Possibly mildly lower neurosteriods.

If I get a brain scan and don’t find any problems then it is 100 percent my endocrine system. Which is what everybody pretty much thinks anyway

I will say sounds like depression and brain fog are the worst symptoms but a lot of times I feel I would switch my orgasm problem with just having ED instead. If viagra doesn’t work you can always get a penile implant. Where orgasms are extremely hard to solve

Well, it’s somehow encouraging.

Well, jokes aside potatoes provide good fuel for gut bacteria.

And don’t ask me why, but you’ll find a lot of people on the internet claming to have benefited a lot from eating potatoes alone for a short amount of time.

I believe the best thing I can try is to get in extremely good shape, which will also be the most challenging for me. Estrogen is stored in fat and people overweight have more estrogen. Weightlifting raises testosterone levels maybe the key is getting to zero percent body fat and forcing our bodies to gain muscle. The extra estrogen we then would produce could be eliminated
