Meditation

I wonder that nobody here does deep mediation to get back health.
I think 45- 60 minutes mediation a day can do wonders… havent tried it yet but i will when i get home from hospital.

Mediation gives you a very deep relaxation and activates self healing process… i did it some years ago and was amazed how relaxed an happy i was. When i get your self in a deep mediativestate… its like a big inner world is open up in front of you. you need practise to get it deep enough…

there are also lots of yoga kryas for adrenals… i think i will check them out.
I will start with 45 minutes mediation every daybefore sleeping, to get a very deep relaxed sleep…

or30 minuts mornings and 30 minuts before sleeping… not sure yet
