Meat heavy diet

Hey guys,

Was wondering how you guys do on a red meat heavy diet. I’ve been consuming a fair bit lately and sexually been having more volume and my genitals look closer to their original state when erect, although mentally had a dip lately after a real high (before i started eating so much meat). It could just be usual fluctuations but i’m concerned because red meat supposedly has a decent amount of zinc (also some creatine so idk if it balances out the change in androgens).

Was hoping to hear your experiences anyway.

I also have positive sexual affects eating meat diet. also stress/exercise affects me in a positive way (I have more solid morning wood) I have noticed this for 1-2 months now in fact it happened this week Monday. I don’t eat sugar I eat little fruits, but what I noticed is that one tea spoon of honey has very noticeable sexual positive affects that lasts for 1-2 days after I stop eating it.

I don’t know why it is like this or what does this means? I think no one knows fore sure, people here have experienced positive recovery symptoms eating meat diet this is what lead me to try this diet 1-2 days.

Jordan Peterson follows this diet, all his allergies cleared up, his insomnia cleared up. He got off all meds.
