DHT and testosterone is still pending

have you experienced a crash yet? (wake up with real bad nightmare, sleep problems, sweating, etc)
also check for cortisol it must be high i gues because thyroid and adrenals now over active.

i remember i loss too much weight on that stage to my crash, after crash i started gain too much weight because of thyroid and adrenal problems.

I crashed big time while on the drug. Only 24 days. I now wonder what my E2 was right after the crash. Had to be way out of range. You are correct my weight is dropping crazy fast. Low appetite, also being careful with what I’m eating. However muscle mass is being lost not fat. I wonder what my test and dht numbers will be. Sleep has been very difficult. It’s gotten a little better but not much. I get stressed out easy. I did have hot flashes 2 days after quitting and horrible dreams when I did sleep. I had terrible insomnia for a couple weeks until I got ahold of some aids.

The last few nights have been better but I have rotated between sleep aids. Xanax and Klonipin. One night I managed 7 hours with no sleep aids. Having good dreams but wake up to this fucked up reality.

Any survival tips are welcome.

Those are not good sleep aids, they disrupt your slow wave sleep.

What do you take for sleep?

i have the same problem crashed one week ago only insomania recovered i have lost my libido and erections t 209 e 47 prolaktın 10
i wonder

Ive been taking 12,5mg trazodone mixed with 0.125mg of clonazepam to give me deeper sleep and morre continuous, until the morning.this is unfortunately the best and most inoquous solution i found untilnow…
Sometimes anxiety is too big and this jsnt enough… I wish i had a better solution…
Mirtazapine is really good if u can tolerate side effects. I coildnt.

Appart from that, a few grams of l-glycine are very calming and help.
Maybe try l-tryptophan too…

If u find a solution let me know
I am about to try cannabis oil and to try phosphatidil serine because of cortisol

My note sent to GP today.

Dr.,

My E2 looks high, its almost out of the range . I didn’t touch alcohol or caffeine since I started having all these issues May ~21st. In the month leading up to this blood test I have been eating well and taking supplements to support healthy T levels. Like Garlic, Zinc, multivitamins ,B complex, D3, high protein low sugar foods. However my T levels look to be on the very low side. I found this article from Harvard (link below) it says T levels should be 300-450 ng/dL in a guy older then 65. Mine is 291 ng/dL, that can’t be good. I have never felt this horrible my entire life. I know you don’t think it had anything to do with finasteride but that’s the only thing I have taken that would have drastically changed hormones of any kind. What steps should be taken from here? A re-test in X amount of time to ensure that these don’t trend out range? or referral to Endo? Please advise?

To early to comment, i think you have to,wait 6-12 months to recover from pfs

I haven’t seen any recoveries. Improvements but no recoveries.

You will improve to a point but its not your pre fin state of course at the end, but to my experience you will likely to get your mood and libido and erections after 1 year. But not,the previous state. It is impossible because time itself alters the, hormone levels if you didnt use any fin. So body will recover itself from dip. It is likely to be LOWER than it should be of course, you can name it pfs or what you want.

btw regular exercise can help you both mental and physically very very much.
you can use multi vitamins
i would prefer not to toich any of aromatese inhibitors or clomid thing they have also sides like fin.
just live natural, you have made a mistake by using fin , you are a little diffrent person now, accept it and try to live without meds

check your full blood levels every 3 to 6 months to see improvement.

lastly dont viait here while you are recovering

this forum has 3000 users and i dont think that all of us will die from one reason or failure. Keep calm somebodies body handle this somebody not, its directly related to your age and physical propertyies

if you,you had a strong body and metabolism you will get the less harm from that, but if you didnt have a strong past, inactive lifestyle, it could,be very hard to improve i guess

My health was perfect 41 Days ago. Now I feel like I am on a roller coaster. I can get an erection pretty easily but sensitivity is low and no interest in porn anymore. I can still have sex and orgasm. Last time I had prostate pain about an hour after. I am not sure how much of my troubles are hormone related. I have dry eyes like an 80 year old man. I get tired easily but can’t sleep much without meds. Its really unbelievable.

I dont know it will be a recover or not but, your body will adaptate itself to that situation. I still not sure about a flashback recovery, but time will make you better

i remember i was stated to,lose hair again while in that period, now i cannot lose 1 hair per day its to hard

this may be your indicator on recovery, but sometimes normal people shed in 20s and stop and start lose again in 30s. This,is so mixed also.
