Make sure to work out your legs!

I think it would be a good idea to do some lower body workouts, a lot of people are generally only concerned with their upper body, but I think it would be even more beneficial to work out the legs, reason I say so is because:

  1. It will increase blood flow to the lower half of your body, and some pretty critical organs are located there.

  2. The leg muscles are much bigger, so I would think that it would have even more of an anabolic effect on the body to make it secrete more testosterone.
