Magnesium supplement

I’d like to start using a magnesium supplement. Could anyone suggest me a good magnesium supplement? Magnesium Citrate is Better?

I use “natural calm”, but mostly for digestion purposes.

How much do you take and how helpful is this?

These days I take 300mg of magnesium citrate in the morning, and 200mg of magnesium threonate at night.
