Magnesium & anxiety

I’ve read that some people tried using magnesium to treat anxiety, does it help? can you recommend a specific brand?

Magnesium helps with sleep and a little bit with anxiety. Get Magnesium-Citrate, it works best. Magnesium-Carbonate is complete useless.

You can also buy magnesium salt to put in your bath. Try 250g in a nice warm bath and soak for at least 20 minutes. The magnesium absorbs through the skin and helps to relax all the muscles… def worth a try.

I’ve found it can help. I’ve tried a few kinds but this one is by far the best tasting. Magnesium can release excess estrogen which is good for us as well. Just start off slowly with a small amount and work your way up from there. Too much to begin with can make you feel like shit as a lot of excess estrogen could be released all at once.
