New bloods, same ranges:
Cortisol 560 (280-720) -------- really don’t get this, how did it jump so much? I wasn’t stressed or anything the first time
TSH 3.44 (0.2-5) ------------ wtf? Gone from very normal to what is now considered hypothyroid. In the months between these tests also had a measurment of 2.55
B12 189 (155-1100).
No other abnormalities, blood count etc all fine. AST/ALT now well in range again BUT above range alkaline phosphatase so something seems to be going on with my liver.
Didn’t get test done but levels have been steady at just above the range, with low LH and FSH.
Bottom line: need 24hr saliva cortisol done plus full thyroid panel to attack that first, then see if anything can be done about the usual PFS hypogonadism.
