Hi… so this week my doctor put me on cialis for my erectile dysfunction during intercourse. I’ve had erectile dysfunction just during intercourse since I was 18. The cialis worked wonders. I’ve only taken it twice since my doctor prescribed it tho. The first time I just took the cialis and no other drug. I experienced no problems at all then. Then the second time I took it last saterday morning, and then later that night I took 4 hits of what I thought was LSD. It really was something else tho. Some type of analog to something else. It caused extreme hypertension, my head and neck were flushed bright red. I was experiencing extreme tremors all throughout my body like I was on the verge of seizing out. But before these symptoms… during the come up I decided to masterbate. Had no problems during that my erection was strong from the cialis and I had an orgasm. One important thing I feel to note is that I held off on the orgasm right before it happened and I think there was definite semen retention. I felt it in my right side in my abdomin. And then after I ejaculated I noticed a slight pain in my right testicle. Nothing extreme but I noticed it.then I played there for a minute and looked down at my balls because they felt funny. I noticed that my ballsack was tight, which us normal for me during and immediately after orgasm, but what was not normal was my ballsack was squirming around like it was full of worms. Literally squirming in all different directions like some strange sea creature. I’ve never seen anything like that before. Then I started to panic. The drug i took that i thought was LSD was really starting to take hold at this point. The tremors and hypertension were extreme. I could stop it. And my ball sack continued to squirm and stay really tight for the rest of the night. With a pretty strong discomfort in them and a periodic sharp but not intense pain that would appear in my right testicle very briefly off and on throughout the rest of the night. I noticed if I played on my back for a while the tension in my sack would decrease just a little but when I stood up they would tighten all the way up again and start squirming heavily. Eventually many hours later in the night I was able to while laying down have my ballsack relax and my balls hand like normal and no squirming. I also couldnt really tell by feeling them If there were any anomalies. However when I stood up they would immediately retract and draw back up tight and start slightly squirming again.
Yesterday, sunday, I thought it was gone. Didnt see my balls squirming when I woke up in the morning, and they weren’t tighting up like they were. Went on throughout the rest of the day with sore balls from the night before but didnt notice anything else. Then today I wasnt really paying them any mind other then I noticed they still felt sore. It wasnt until I got to work and had to continuously stand up that I started to notice symptoms return.more pain. Dull achy pain, not shooting pain. This time more in my right. I went to the bathroom to check um out. Sure enough a tight sack again. Which btw if anyone knows what that means? Why is it doing that? Also I noticed only my left testicle was squirming this time, but it wasnt squirming so much as like, it looked kinda like it had a heart beat in it or something. Note this was in my sack right about my left nut where there was movement. The other night it was my whole sack moving around both left and right side and not localized to any one spot. It was literally the whole sack.
Anyone out there have any knowledge of what might be going on here? Is it varicocele? And since drug induced will it go away? I’m worried about cialis by its self causing it now in the future. Cialis by its self the first time I took it did not do this but when I took it in conjunction with that hallucinogen, it then occured. For all I know the cialis had nothing to do with it and it was just the hallucinogen. I’ve taken a lot of hallucinogens before and never had that happen. Cialis is a vasodilator, the drug I took was an extreme vasoconstrictor. I guess theres a good chance taking the two together was the problem on my vascular system.
So if it is a drug induced varicocele, or maybe based on my symptoms it sounds like something else to you guys? Will this continue? Is it terminate damage? I’ve read once you get a varicocele it doesnt just go away.
