Salmon has an added benefit in that it reduces a chemical in the blood stream called sex hormone binding globulin (SHBG). When testosterone encounters SHBG in the blood it is effectively mopped up and taken out of circulation.I would recommend only eating alaskan wild salmon because it is the only safe one to eat regularly.

you can find this anywhere on the net i think,I use to do this coming off steriod cycles years ago and it helped alot with my free test increasing because When testosterone runs into SHBG in the blood stream, it becomes attached to it and then can’t interact with any of the body’s cells causing higher bad esrogen levels.The net effect of testosterone that is attached to SHBG is the same as a lack of testosterone since it is prevented from having any impact on the body,so i guess fish oils lower shbg,which in turn increases good estogen that converts to test.
