Lower cortisol levels

I was looking for drugs to lower cortisol level which seems to be causing a lot of side effects like:adrenal fatigue, hormonal imbalances, heart disease, excessive blood sugar levels, elevated cholesterol, floaters causing vision problems.
But also low cortisol can cause a lot of problems too.

I found a product in CVS store:Soothing Sleep from LifeFitness that contains:
ashwaghanda, phosphatidylserine,epimedium(horny goat weed)

I started from this article:

Interesting. I’m getting my cortisol levels checked–we’ll see.

How do you do that, through blood? Also, what is the best time of day to get them checked? I have chronic fatigue throughout the day which comes and goes.

Pee in a container for 24 hours, submit the urine, and the endocrinologist looks it over.

We’ll see what it’s like.

I’d probably only be able to pee in a container for 30-40 seconds, max.
