I think I am starting a zero carb diet for a month (eggs, sea food, chicken, beef, …) NO vegertables. Not even nuts (which I love) for a while.
Me too, it has phytoestrogens and probably other things.
Caffeine makes me a bit worse. I’ve read that chocolate even has some compounds similar to caffeine in it.

Does exercice makes you feel worse too? Black chocolate contains phenylethylamine and exercise seems to have an effect on levels of phenylethylamine:
