I don’t agree.
here are three suffers who were already on TRT prior to any 5 ARis use: Awor (natural), Whalen72 and Graywolf. they were doing fine on TRT already so how did they suffered.
I have spoken many Drs here in Ottawa and they give straight T injection (nothing else) and their patients doing fine.
Normal people don;t come on forums, why would they?
Standard TRT will not work for us if our aromatze is over active. More T = more SHBG + E. = Little effects.
These people who were on TRT before have the same problem as us here. There T / E balance got screwed up and now their T does not have the same effects as it had before.
Most people would have told me to not try TRT. The point is, it has fixed many of my symptoms and I assume that is from lowing testicular estrogen production. Now my free T seems to be in mid range. But my SHBG is UP and e2 aswell. My total T is up the top of the range. So obviously SHGB/E are interfering with things.
I had a total recovery of libido on arimidex. That shifted the ratios back to anabolisim / androgenticy.
Screwed up E2 to Total T. Free T / Free E will cause all of the problems I am experincing and shifting this has fixed me up. And your going to tell me that is not part of the problem?
Lets just say that you upregulated somoens aromataze enzyme. What symptoms would they have?
Why it Matters
There are basically two reasons we care about estradiol.
The first is that E2 is a powerful testosterone receptor antagonist. What this means is that estradiol binds to androgen receptors and renders them useless. When testosterone binds to an androgen receptor, it activates the receptor and you get the effect you’re looking for. When estradiol binds to that receptor, it blocks testosterone from binding, yet it does not active the receptor, so nothing happens.
This means that if your estradiol is high, no matter how much testosterone you have, it isn’t helping you as it should because too many of your androgen receptors are blocked by estradiol and your free testosterone has no where to go. Testosterone can’t do you any good if it doesn’t have receptors available to activate.
It can even get worse… because high levels of estradiol can cause the downregulation of androgen receptors. This means that your body may respond to higher levels of estradiol by creating fewer androgen receptors as cells are replaced in normal regeneration. In other words, not only does estradiol block the available androgen receptors, it causes your body to produce fewer of them in the future! This is one reason why raising testosterone levels may not have any immediate effect. It may be that your receptors have downregulated and so you’ll need to lower estradiol and increase testosterone in order to get your body to upregulate again and this takes time.
The second reason we care about estradiol is that you also have estrogen receptors and estradiol binds to them and causes them to activate. This is fine if you want to grow man boobs, store fat on your belly, and have an enlarged prostate, but not so good if you want to look and feel like a man.

upregulation of Aromatase is just a myth here, I don’t know where it popped up from? It is DHT not-metabolising, and backing up of T, so T has no choice but to take estradiol route.
There are many, including myself, on this forum who have below normal Estrogen level, why?
Yes we do not know the reason for more aromataze.
Could you explain what happened when you tried testosterone cream??
Many many people on here who have had some improvment from reducing estrogens.
Often these do not last. Check scaredtodeaths latest post. He fixed his libido then lost it, retested while still on arimidex. His e2 was high again.
Ok I got siliva hormone tests back when on 27.5 E3D. Test taken between injects.

Cortisol has gone DOWN!!!
T way over range but can not be used because i was injecting T.
So this is wierd… How did my cortisol go down but yet I feel I have so much more energy no fague no crashing like before the test. Also my acne cleared up.
But my appetite did get worse some days my stomach just felt fulll all day. I could not put anything in there. Probably the lower cortisol and stomach acid.
I am still waiting for the blood cortisol binding hormone results. It MUST be high or else the blood or siliva tests are inaccurate. I am still thinking it is the high E2 causing the binding of cortisol and possible the realively high serum iron.
If any one has any other explination as to why I recovered on arimidex and my blood cortisol is high but siliva cortisol is low I am all years.
High E2 = Impotent, low libido anxiety, love handles, no response from TRT.
Low free cortisol = Digestion issues, fatigue and many other things I guess.
I will update my test thread later. I am waiting for them to do siliva E1 and E3 and progesterone.
Here is a bit of an update:
Tried SUBQ injections at 17.5 E2D into belly fat. Though it would stabelize output.
Cystic acne started returning quickly. I got large painful boils.
I felt more tired, did not feel that energy I had on IM shots.
Digestion was bad.
I had to quit SUBQ after a week because
I tried to skip a couple doses at the end. Felt like absolute crap, disgestion went to hell. Appetite 0, could not eat anything at all. Felt much more like I would have a pannic attack. I had to lie down and could have stayed in bed all day. I felt like death!! All the problems I am having were amplified. Which tells you something.
I couldn;t deal with that so I injected 15mg IM last sunday. Within a few hours I started feeling a lot better.
I have been doing 15MG IM E2D since then and doing pretty well. No new acne and the acne that appeared on subq injects is fading away.
Yesterday a girl was talking to me online in a sexual manner, did the porn test and got hard wood really quick. I still do not feel horny, my digestion is not good. Today not so good at all. I reinjected this afternoon.
So I think I will stay on 15mg E2D. I will see if I can stabilize with this. I may try to ramp it up to 17.5mg E2D and see what happens. But this is not going to return me to normal. To return to normal or at least fix a lot of my symptoms I need to get my free cortisol up and the only way I can do this is reducing estrogens.
As you can see the dose with TRT is very critical as with the frequency of administration.
why did you do it subQ?
I think TRT injection are always IM.
some people say that subq is fine an results in a slower release of the testosterone which means less estrogen. But in my case it seems i got more estrogen going this way.
maybe there is more fat under skin, more aromatase in there.
yes but one thing to consider is the testosterone has an attatched ester.
I just got a nice recovery from nolvadex for about 5-6 days, but then it started not working. I thought I was cured!
