UPDATE
I had a second blood test for creatinine and Total cholesterol levels. Creatinine is within normal levels now (Thank God) although at high-normal levels. Note that i stopped taking Vitamin C and Magnesium which increase creatinine levels. My Cholesterol is 265.
I do understand that keeping up with the regimen of having Salad every 8 hours is problematic. So i currently try to increase NO/NOx levels with Glycine Propionyl L-Carnitine from NOW Foods (also contains CoQ10) without the use of Rocket Salad.
I had to drop TMG from my regimen because i have to lower my total Cholesterol levels (it appears that TMG raises Cholesterol) and also i am on a very strict diet. I had no negative effects from doing so which means that TMG is off the picture for good.
I am trying to understand why NO/NOx levels are low and the reason could be -once again- increased oxidative stress. I changed my regimen as follows (remember i want to limit my supplement intake to a bare minimum) :
Morning : Metafolin 800mcg, Selenium 100mcg, CoQ10 100 mg, Ashwagandha 450 mg
11 AM : Pycnogenol 100 mg
Lunch : GPLC Glucocarn from NOW Foods (Contains Propionyl-L-Carnitine 1000 mg+Glycine 348 mg+CoQ10 60 mg), CoQ10 100 mg
23:00 : Pycnogenol 100 mg
1-2 days during the week i take Methylcobalamin and P5P in the morning but not daily.
Please Note :
- The use of GPLC Glucocarn and Pycnogenol with the aim of having increased NO/NOx Production
- The use of a rather large dose of CoQ10 - 260 mg (also keep in mind that CoQ10 may cause insomnia if taken later in the day). I think that CoQ10 is of great importance for us, but i will have to wait more to be certain about this.
- I completely stopped Rocket consumption
Everything is still great, no erection problems and the last time i ate Rocket was one week ago. Of course it may well be that my NO/NOx levels are still high. If OTOH i continue not to be affected by weather changes and be tinnitus-free then all goes according to plan.
