So I’ve noticed since I crashed a very specific symptom that I was reminded of when I came across a couple reports on a ME/CFS forum about since coming down with the condition no longer being able to hiccup. This happened to me too. When I was able to get more energy after upping my methyl-b12 to 2000 mcg from 1000 mcg I got more bodily reactivity to stimuli in general, that familiar more connected feeling in my brain, but the side effects of increasing it to that level were difficult to take. Then while I was a couple days into that 2000 mcg dose it finally happened, I hiccuped again. After I dropped back to down to 1000 mcg it wasn’t happening again anymore. I wonder if there is a clue in the subset of patients with my symptom bubble with a mechanism that is able to cause a hiccup. Any other experiences or thoughts here?
