By far my most bizarre side effect this far has to be my loss of natural thirst!!!
Could anybody hazard a guess as to why this might have happened?
I mean I have zero thirst and need to remind myself to drink (water)
Yes - I have this same problem. I also have to remind myself to drink water in order to avoid dehydration. Never had this problem pre-propecia.
This symptom appears to go hand in hand with my digestion and weight loss problems.

My thirst is also hand in hand with my weight loss too.
In fact my taste of fluids or food are almost zero. Since my crash I have also lost any desire for alcohol and I use to be a moderate drinker of alcohol!!!
What digestion problems do you have?

i can relate to the loss of desire for alcohol; same story here.
i can’t relate to the loss of taste though.
the digestion problems are Irritable Bowel Syndrome-like and have come about after i stopped taking propecia.
i feel in general it’s a lot harder to guage whether non-sexual issues are related to pfs as everyone is different.
