Looking for early advice, libido loss so quit finasteride.

I’ll make this as brief as possible.
I’m 36, filed for divorce about 8 months ago, stressed out obviously, went out and fooled around with a few chick over the past few months and can get an erection but just not into it much and cant orgasm. Chalked it up to stress of the situation.
Was taking proscar, divided in quarters, maybe 2 out of every 3 days.
Started dating a new girl and getting serious, however, my libido is gone. I can get an erection but lose it pretty quickly.
Went to the doctor and he advised to get off proscar as that might be doing it as its rare but possible. I did, and 10 days into it but nothing has bounced back as of last night.
I’m taking just vitamins, started zince, and ZMA. I keep thinking it’s half mental and in my head, but after finding this forum today it makes me think it’s not. I’d rather it be a mental block as I know I’ll get over that over time, but now worried it’s not.
What advice can someone give?
What supplements? I’m reading on here to try maca, l-carnitine, tribulus, and DHEA. Should I go out and buy and try all them tomorrow?
At what point should I go see an endocrinologist? My primary doc said to give it 3 to 6 months and should bounce back on its own.
I just don’t want to wait that long if there’s something I can do to speed it up. It’s already affecting my relationship.
Thanks in advance.

At some point in the future, you should have your hormone levels looked at

Only thing you can do to speed it up (a little) is routine exercise.
If you eat better (no processed foods, avoid caffeine, more salads, more fruits) and sleep well, it will help you too. Other than that time is your best friend. You could see a doctor to have your hormones checked, but TRT has not reversed sexual side effects caused by propecia. Give it some time.

Supplements: In my experience any improvement caused by them are short lived.

Zinc is a 5-AR inhibitor, as far as I know.

Would be best to avoid…

If that’s true, then why is it almost unanimous that everyone says all guys should be taking Zinc for test boosting amongst other reasons?
