Long term health problems?

I am just curious as to what kind of long term health problems could arise from what we do know about this drug and what it did to us. Not to be morbid, but more to be prepared and know what to keep and eye on.

Somtimes I think there must be some kind of long term health problems due to the nasty nature of our side effects and we all know how important hormones are to our health.

Long term untreated hypogonadism has been associated with;

An increased risk of stroke
An increased risk of Cardio Vascular Disease (CVD)
An increased risk of Alzeimers
An increased risk of type 2 diabestes (1 in 3 men with type 2 diabetes have hypogoandism)
An increased risk of osteoporosis
An increased risk of obesity
An increased risk of depression
An increased sense of ill health
General premature aging

There are quite a few co-morbid diseases that an individual is more likely to develop if they have long term untreated hypogonadism- something that can result from Propecia and other finasteride based products in a minority of cases.

Not wishing to be morbid either……jeez

A bit of light relief….

My horrendous eyesight is not down hypogonadism, but the appalling nature of my monitor which I have stubbornly refused to get rid of. I can confirm that my explanations of typos being due to long posts are pushing the truth and actual due to the fact that it is difficult to see what I type :slight_smile:
