Liver Burning Sensation

I have a liver burning sensation and during tests I have high Alkaline Phosphate 135 (45-120). Does it signify anything?

I take good amount of sweets and milk products. Is it safe continue the same?

Suggest me the tests and supps that can help.

can you shed more lights on how do you feel, what area do you feel the sensation etc. I have constant pain on my right side below last rib. I don’t know what it is but dr thinks it is small intestine.

That sensation is gone for now. Now, I feel more normal. Those days I had some hot food which might have caused that sensation…
