Little Semen Production, does Clomid Help?

Hi,

One of the problems I am facing right now is, there is hardly no semen after I have an orgasm, is it right that clomid can help with that? I am just ashamed when I have an orgasm (I use Cialis 5 mg at the moment) and there is just little semen coming out (watery), my girlfriend is asking me what is wrong with me and I am afraid to tell her that I have PFS because she might leave me if she know that I am not the same as I was before. Until now, I took Cialis but she does not know about it, I am just trying to make everything look as normal as possible with the hope that I will recover one day.

Clomid made what little sperm I had much thicker that about it

On clomid my testosterone levels tripled as did my estrogen so I felt no better and was a waste of time for me

The only real down side of having a little semen production is that if you are trying to get someone pregnant it may make it more difficult but it really only takes one of those little buggers to fertilize her egg.
As long as you are able to maintain an erection and have ejaculation during sex then that is what matters.
