Letrozole - Has anyone had any success

I have been reading a few PFS sufferers have been prescribed letrozole. Just wanted to know if anyone has had any success using it to relieve any of the propecia side effects

I don’t know anyone that has used letrozole, but I’ll definitely try it after seeing this: ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/18426834

Check out dmal’s story in member stories section, sounds very positive indeed (although he used along with thyroid support meds). As I can function normally in every way except for sexual and visual sides (and not putting on muscle like i used to, but not a major issue) I’m wondering if I tried this protocol I could forego the thyroid element.

I have tried letro. But no even little recovery. Better try thyroid suplements. T3/T4 Armour for explain.

Legendary recovered sfter using aletrozole for about a year.

I was needing to use arimidex about 4 times a day, but since switching to Letro I only need Letro about once every 4 days.

Are you on TRT? or forcing T production and the downstream pathways by lowering E?

I’ve been on and off TRT a lot over the years trying out different combinations. But no I am not on it now. Just using AIs to help keep my E2 in check.

Have you had impovement in any symptoms using Letro moonman? If so which symptoms

It has gotten rid of a lot of water retention and “baby” fat that the E2 caused. A few people have asked me if I have been lifting weights because you can see muscle striations now. My erections are stronger as long as I do not lower E2 too low, however I feel that sex drive has dropped even lower (if thats possible). Any anxiety or depression (think of how a woman thinks/acts) is completely gone. Its a balancing act though, if you lower E2 too much you turn into a zombie.

Also taking cortef helps me not need to use as much AI.
