I have a light version of bipolar disorder (spectrum, being deppresive, which can related with PFS also) and taken many drugs and it was, as you know, quite problematic, let’s say.
But for depression mood I took Lamictal and it gave 0 side effects. It was really helpful. Worked quite fast.
Maybe for those of you with a depressive mood, it can work the same (?)
Unfortunately, after 8 years it stopped working.
Just want to share with you my experience.
