My microbiome analysis showed overgrowth of Klebsiella and Pseudomonas. I also have very low amount of beneficial bacteria, high SIgA, low diversity. Low E.coli.
Did anyone try to treat these? I saw several guys here had success with treating the gut.
I read these bacteria are resistant to many antibiotics. for Pseudomonas only cipro seems to work. But I also great grape fruit seed extract seems to work against it.
