Kidney cleanse supplements - Ingredients safe?

Hey everyone,

I suffer since 8 months from PFS. While it feels like that some of my symtpoms are getting slowly better, I recently started to develop kidney pain and gout. I even had a gout attack with 28 years. That is why, even though I am a big supporter of the ongoing research and am not a big fan of experimenting with supplements, I am contemplating to take a supplement for a kidney cleanse. I found the following supplements:

The ingredients listed are:
“Filler microcrystalline cellulose, coating agent hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (capsule shell), cranberry extract 25:1 (fruit; Vaccinium macrocarpon L.; contains 6% proanthocyanidins), bearberry extract (leaf; Arctostaphylos uva-ursi (L.) Spreng., contains 20% arbutin), L-ascorbic acid, juniper berry powder (fruit; Juniperus communis L.), L-leucine, alfalfa dry extract 4:1 (aerial part; Medicago sativa L.), birch leaf extract (leaf; Betula platyphylla; contains 2.5% flavonoids), horsetail herb powder (aerial part; Equisetum arvense L.), dandelion extract 10:1 (root; Taraxacum officinale Web.), separating agent rice extract blend.”

Since I trust this community I wanted to ask if anyone sees any red flags in this list? Are any of these ingredients 5AR-inhibitors or are affecting hormones in general? Or would you say that it should be relatively safe to take this?

Thank you so much for your help.

hey warrior
how you fix gout,i have same problem

I have no doubt that pfs is making my gout worse, my uric acid is higher than ever, and the gout is more difficult to resolve than ever before, and I fear that pfs has caused kidney damage to me

Hey,
I went to a kidney specialists who did all kind of tests and my kidney is fine. I think I also do not have gout. I potentially suffer from something called Small Fiber Neuropathy (SFN) which can cause pain and color changes in your feet as well. But SFN is actually an indicator for an autoimmune conidtion which would make more sense in the greater scope of PFS.

I am currently waiting for an appointment to test for SFN. Unfortunately, only specialized hospitals can test for it. I got my appointment in December
