Kegeling and neuropathy (penile pain and insensitivity)

I know many people start doing Kegel exercises, when they get erectile dysfunction to strengthen their boners. There used to be a lot of talk about this in here too, because obviously, inhibiting 5ar and DHT production causes some problems in that department. So perhaps excessive kegeling led to pudendal neuropathy and exacerbated the skin’s insensitivity?
Kegel exercises, as we know, make the pelvic floor muscles hypertrophy and that’s the basis for the nerve entrapment, inflammation, injury happening in that case.
viewtopic.php?f=25&t=7727 – as the vote shows, we do have many with the diagnosis of pudendal neuropathy here. (For some idiotic reason, the poll is now closed for voting, unfortunately, people have told me.)
So, who confesses doing Kegel? I did it and I started getting penile pain right after it. Though, the sensitivity issues were there before.
It may sound funny, I know, and it’s a very long shot. But perhaps it helps someone? STOP KEGEL!
