I wonder if kegel muscle atrophy could be a component of the sexual dysfunction so many of us are suffering. I was on the drug for about nine months and had ED most of the time and got used to the weak erections. I didn’t get them nearly as often and they didn’t last nearly as long, so that gave my kegel muscles plenty of time to atrophy and weaken. When I got off the drug the weakened kegels would be less able to support a full erection. I know this isn’t the only part of the problem but do any of you think that it could at least be a component of PFS? Thoughts?
No I don’t think it’s atrophy, I think it’s neurological sympathetic/parasympathetic problems…signaling problems
