Tell us your story, in your own words, about your Finasteride usage and side effects experienced while on/off the drug.
I have been on propecia for hairloss reasons, but went off of it after approximately 1 year and a half because it was too expensive to afford for a university student. I quit cold turkey. I was okay when I was taking propecia with a slight dip in sexual function, aside from the fact that I was never excited enough to climax. It seemed like my penis was numb and was not part of my body. After 5 years off the medication, it seems that I am currently suffering from erectile dysfunction and low libido, and loss of “wood”. This only occurred in the past 4 months. I am not sure if it is because of propecia but I am currently investigating the cause.
