jxpx1's bloodwork

Just got my results back today:

Note: I took Diesel Test Hardcore for 25 days, and stopped taking it just 2 weeks before these tests. I never got blood tests before that.

Testosterone: 625 [250-1100]
Free Test %: 2.35 [1.5-2.2]
Free Test: 146.7 [35-155]
DHT: 10 [25-75]
Estrogen: 171 [<130]
Cortisol: 22 [4-22]
DHEA: 191 [110-510]
LH: 3.4 [1.5-9.3]
FSH: 1.0 [1.6-8.0]
Prolactin: 32.5 [2.0-18.0]
Estradiol: 23 [13-54]

Obviously, the #1 thing that jumps out at you is the elevated prolactin. Im a 32.5 on a scale of of 2-18!!! My doctor has diagnosed me with mild hyperprolactinemia, and says that is the cause for my ED/Libido Problems. He says the low FSH and high estrogen are a result of this. He has prescribed Parlodel (Bromocriptine) to lower the prolactin to get me back to normal.

Cortisol is also high, so I will try some EndoAMP to try to get that down.

One thing that slightly worries me however is the low DHT. After quitting propecia, I took saw palmetto for about 2 months, but i stopped about 2 months ago. Just a month ago I used a hairloss shampoo for about a week, and it dramatically slowed my hairloss. I stopped using after a week because i noticed my libido went down. It seems like stopping the shampoo hasnt had any negative effect on my hair cause its still falling out very little just like when i was on the shampoo, and my libido bounced back, so maybe this is the cause for the low DHT.

Currently, I am on Dermacrine Sustain Alpha and Toco-8, and I have been on them for a week. I will continue to use them in conjunction with the prescribed Parlodel, to get my Estrogen and prolactin down, LH and FSH up, and hopefully get a rise in Testosterone. As mentioned before, I will try to incorporate some EndoAMP soon to lower my cortisol levels.

Cortisol blood testing is not reliable, you need a 24h urine panel for it to have a more attendable result.
Cortisol on blood testing is often out of range since it is a stress hormone, it usually rises at the time of the puncture.
There is a slight chance that your hormones are still out of whack prior taking Diesel HardTest,as 2 weeks may not be enough to get it completely out of your system.Anyway i would ask the endocrinologist to make sure.Testosterone and free t look good
