It’s been over a year since I stopped taking fin, and am now considering doing this, but don’t really know how. Any suggestions?
You want to do this only under the care of an experienced endocrinologist. Check this site for a list of endo’s who actually understand that you have a problem due to Fin poisoning and this isnt a figment of your imagination. Once you’ve contacted them they will give you a list of bloodwork you will need to have done. When they have your bloodwork you will need to set up and office appointment and then they will recommend treatment protocols.
The success rate for this isnt exactly stellar. But, each case is different so good luck.
