I know I have read about people trying a juice diet and saying it helped them. I have search around the forum and haven’t been able to find what the juice diet is. Could some one please tell me or just point to a link for it? I was also curious in what ways it helped? Are there some symptoms it helped? Are they some symptoms it doesn’t help?
