Brian Cogan is the judge who if I’m not mistaken is in charge of deciding whether or not the Merck sealed documents that Reuter’s recently filed a court order for. This seems to be a great opportunity for a massive upheaval and our shot for much needed press. Is there anything we could do as a collective to make sure he does everything in his power to agree to unseal the documents which all point to blatant disregard for safety?

This is being worked on right now! Basically, our goal is to get our perspective to the court before decisions are made regarding sealed documents. We’re doing that by trying to get the Foundation and founders in contact with the right people (Reuter’s, etc) so it can be stated loud and clear how this condition has effected us, and how those documents are directly connected to us.
