Jonny's Blood test - Unfortunate drop in T - Any advise?

This is upsetting. I am at 8 months off and only a few months ago I had T at 465 and free T at 14.7 (same ranges as below). My ED has hit an all time low so I got tested again and sure enough… my T levels are in the toilet.

Not sure if the Sustain Alpha is the cause. This test was taken 3 weeks into using it. I really hope I can bounce back for this. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Test taken at 9am:

Testosterone - 298 (241-827)
Free Testosterone - 8.3 (8.7-25.1) Low
DHT - 32 (30-85)
Estradiol - 22 (0-53)
Prolactin 7.3 (2.1-17.7)
Cortisol - 14.9 (4.3-22.4)
LH 2.2 (1.5-9.3)
FSH 4.1 (1.4-18.1)
AST - 34 (0-40)
ALT - 35 (0-55)

That’s unfortunate. But all others seem fine, so maybe you’ll be fine when you get your T up - at least you have something to treat. Are you on TRT?

Not on TRT. I feel like I am a good candidate for Clomid or HCG because of the low LH and low T combo, but I am scared of screwing myself up further.

I’m going to try Diesel Test Hardcore for a while to see if that does anything.

Maybe a visit with Dr. Shippen or Crisler would help you out at this stage… that is a very low T level and I’m surprised your doc even considers that “normal”.

You should get SHBG checked next time as well, it could be binding up your Free T if high.

You are probably right Mew. I’ll try to see Shippen in the next couple of months.

I’ve had a very stressful month which might have caused the big drop from the last test (Lost a job and a girlfriend the week before I got tested :unamused: ) I’ll get tested again in a month or 2 to see if they have stabilized.

Dude, I would try Shippen’s recommended “Clomid Stimulation”.
I am going to start it tomorrow. I’m going to fill the prescription now…

After all this time, I should have taken this WAY back in April when the last time my urologist gave me a Clomid prescription. I am convinced this is a T issue for most of us, and Clomid helps “stimulate” its natural release again.
I just got my latest blood tests back. The secretary just called me a half an hour ago, and the first words out of her mouth were, “your testosterone is at 718 and is climbing.” Coincidentally I am also feeling a lot better. This has been a slow slow process, even getting from 600 to 718, but I feel MUCH much better. Even ask ScaredtoDeath7 about how he feels after taking Clomid which has stimulated his T recovery, under his post “My recovery via clomid…”.

Good luck! I’m all over this! Read that last one again… “STUDY: Clomid’s effects on T/E ratio in male hypogonadism”

Haven’t you heared of a people having wonderfull sex life with testosterone levels just above the minimum…

Ask your endo if he is reliable, he will tell you that if T is within range it is ok.

These problems are rather associated with a digestion and the hormonal imbalance that comes through that, not the other way around.

Where is your progesteron test which would put some light to the liver condition?? I cannot see it.

I didn’t get progesterone done but my bilirubin was slightly above the range and I had traces of keytones which suggest liver/kidney issues. Anyone know of a good liver cleanse I could try?

My erections are full but they take a while to get and my libido is too low for sex. I’m getting annoyed with the ups and downs.

Essentialle Forte would be good to enhance your liver. You should do your progesteron test anyway, because low libido/lack of penile sensitivity despite erections might be related to that.

Cutting on sugar, fat, low carb diet is helpfull in regulating progesteron issue.

I have similar sides. My bilirubin are also a little above range and I have extremly elevated progesterone. Go and test it’s level.
