did you do any protocol or anything like you mentioned on your 2016’s first post? or just time?
My symptoms changed and developed a lot. Whilst I am sure the 2016 protocol helped me get back on track from my first crash, after my next crash my symptoms changed and became heightened anxiety, restlessness and a really horrible wired feeling, almost like I had overdosed caffeine and couldn’t concentrate. I made a whole post on this and what I think neurologically was to blame. But nicotine and CBD helped a lot (I explain why I think they helped in my other post). However time was definitely a big healer here too!
