Okay so I’ve finally had some progress. I have been dealing with this for almost three years now.
I’ve been eating only fruits which didn’t help until I started adding green juices!
The reason why I need help is because I know I’ve found the answer just can’t get the right mix.
My green juice recipe is collard greens, spinach, and kale.
I’ve been having about 8 ounces of this mix three times a day. It taste horribly but I want this so bad so taste doesn’t matter at this point.
Whenever I’ve added or taken away any little thing about the recipe results get worse very fast.
I tried adding wheatgrass and I lost results. I’m not sure if one of those greens is doing all the work or one of the greens isn’t helping. I don’t know but so far with that combo the results happen a little slow. It took about 2 weeks to see any results.
