Since 1998, finasteride (Propecia®) has successfully helped millions of men with androgenetic alopecia with a relatively low side effect profile…

described a number of younger men with androgenetic alopecia who claim to have experienced persistent sexual side effects following the use and subsequent discontinuation of finasteride…

Despite the fact that clear causal links between finasteride (Propecia and Proscar) and sexual adverse events have NOT been established…

…and it has yet to be determined whether these recent reports represent a true causal relationship, or if they are simply coincidental and related to other factors such as the high incidence of sexual dysfunction in the general population, and/or the placebo effect.

…Millions of patients have benefitted from finasteride with no side effects at all, or minimal and reversible side effects. It is important for the medical community to verify anecdotal reports…

these hair restoration places pass out finasteride like it is candy, so i am sure they are making money off of it, meaning they will lie and gladly destroy peoples lives so long as they make some bucks

and you are right … trying to say we would have had our muscles dissapear, get gyno, have horrible brain fog, numb and shrunken genitals anyways, is just fucking absurd … i used it for 80 days and had absolutely no issues prior to using finasteride, and right when i introduce that into my life, my whole world is destroyed … it is jsut plain fuckign stupid!

Yup, let’s raise more awareness for the estrogen dominant like side effects etc. I wouldn’t worry what the hair restoration society says anyway.

Its amazes me how many websites, companies and organisations continue to belittle, downplay and make light of finasteride side effects.

Thankfully we have the Propeciahelp website and the Post Finasteride foundation to help spread the TRUTH about the real dangers of the drug.

They call doctors from some of the worlds top medical institutions “practioners of alternative medicine” in that article. If I was one of the doctors listed I would be personally offended. I can’t wait until the study showing causation is published… going to shut a lot of idiots up.

They referr to Goldstein as well isn’t he like the “chair” for the Journal of Sexual Medicine? How the hell can they get away with passing these doctors off as practioners of alternative medicine… they speak about them like they are witch doctors and not leading researchers in their fields which is what many of them are.

Yes, he even only speaks about the sexual sides and not the other things… typical…They try to fool the people.

We can thank god, that we have such medical prof. that fight for us! Wo are not scared of them. Wo warn people and dont shut up for money and force.
