Since the usage of Finasteride, I experience recurrent fungal infection of the groin.
Are Nystatin cremes generally considered safe among the pfs community?
Can’t vouch for creams, but I’ve used Nystatin powder for several years with no noticeable ill effect. Used for same purpose as you, applied after a shower. Good luck, Jim

The excipients will most likely differ from each other based on the delivery vehicle, but the good news is that according to the literature, there is no described systemic absorption with topical Nystatin.
So no interference with cholesterol.
