I know that there are many doctors on that, but, were close to find a solution? or this is useless?

Get 10 rats. Feed half of them high dose fin for a couple months. Monitor any changes. See if changes persist. If they do we have a model to work on. If we can induce PFS I think we are a lot closer to finding the root cause or cure.
